Welcome to APT online tracing!
Customers, get real-time details and updates about your shipments whenever you need them. Forget voicemail or telephone tag. With this web interface, you will have access to crucial delivery information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Login and trace shipments by pro number or even search by date range.
First time users, please email Sarita Burk at sarita@apttransport.com . She should respond within 3 business days with a customer access code. With the access code you will be able to create multiple username and password users to trace loads with.
If you a customer currently using our customer tracing site and have any questions, please email Sarita Burk.
For a single shipment trace, feel free to contact our customer service department by email apt.csr@apttransport.com . The "Dispatch/Customer Service" page under "Terminals and contact info" has a current list of extensions and emails if you know who you would like to contact.
If you are looking for POD's, please refer to the "Accounting" page under "Terminals and contact info" for the person you will need to email. These are not available through our online tracing service.
